Homeowners can add solar units to their roof. However, if there is a roof repair needed and the source of the problem is directly from the modifications made, then the HOA is not responsible for the costs. Additionally, any contractors working on the roof (for installation or repairs) must be approved by HOA/BnG.

Buildings and Grounds is planning to create a liability release for the HOA for anybody wanting to make modifications.
